Blood sample returns

We provide a Tracked24 return envelope to return you sample to our lab free of charge. Everything you need to package up your sample and return to our lab is contained within the kit.

Once you’ve collected your sample, ensure the tube lids are clicked securely on and you’ve attached the completed labels to the tubes. Place the tubes into the plastic protective casing and put this along with your completed lab request form back into the kit box.

Put the kit box into the Tracked24 envelope and attach the return label from the lab request form to the Tracked24 envelope.

To avoid any delays, please post the sample back Monday through to Thursday so the sample will arrive at our lab the next working day.
